What KeysWithCeCe collects when you contact me, where it goes, how I use it, and how to unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information. Updated October 2026.
What this site collects

This site belongs to me, Chaitali (CeCe) Cherian, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty and a licensed loan officer. You can read every page without telling me anything about yourself. I only get your personal information when you choose to send it.
When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you type in: your first name, last name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message if you write one, and the answers to any extra questions that form asks.
If you give a phone number and tick the box agreeing to text messages, I also keep a record that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
When a form is sent, the site also notes how you found it, such as the name of an ad campaign or the name of the website that sent you here. It records only the website's name, never the full address of the page you came from.
The site saves a few small settings in your own browser, like whether you picked the light or dark look. These stay on your device. This site runs no advertising or analytics tracking tools right now. If that ever changes, I'll update this page first.
Who receives it
I never sell, rent, or trade your information.
A few companies help me run this site and my business. They handle your information for me, to provide their service, and not for their own marketing:
- GoHighLevel is my contact and follow-up system. When you send a form, your details go there so I can reply and stay in touch.
- Vercel hosts this website, which means the information you send passes through its servers on the way to me.
If we end up working together on a purchase, a sale, or a loan, your information also goes to the people needed to complete it, such as my brokerage, the escrow company, and the lender.
I may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect against fraud.
How I use it
I use your information to answer your question and to follow up with you about buying, selling, or financing a home.
I also send my contacts a weekly newsletter and other marketing emails about the market, homes, and my services. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you won't get them anymore. You can also email or call me and ask to be taken off the list.
Unsubscribing from marketing doesn't stop me from replying to you about something you asked me, or about a transaction we're working on together.
Calls and text messages
I only text a phone number when its owner has ticked the box agreeing to texts. The box is never ticked for you, and you don't have to agree to texts to contact me.
If you give a phone number without agreeing to texts, the site does not send that number to my contact system.
If you agree to texts, message and data rates may apply and how often I text varies. Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help.
How long I keep it and how I protect it
I keep your information until you ask me to delete it. I also clear out older contacts after a few years.
Some records I have to keep even after you ask, such as the file for a real estate or loan transaction we completed together, because the law requires it.
This site uses a secure, encrypted connection, so what you type in a form is protected while it travels. I use reputable services and limit who can see your information. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, though, so I can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to:
- Tell you what information I have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing emails or texts
I may ask you to confirm who you are before I make a change, so nobody else can change your information.
California residents: under California's "Shine the Light" law, you can ask once a year whether I shared your personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing. I don't, and I'll confirm that in writing if you ask.
Children: this site is not meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent me information, contact me and I'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If how I handle your information changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
