KeysWithCeCe is run by me, Chaitali (CeCe) Cherian. I'm a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, CA DRE #02316205, and a licensed loan officer, NMLS #2590353. When you use this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What this site is and is not

This site explains my services and how buying, selling, and financing a home work with me. It is general information.

  • It is not legal, tax, lending, or investment advice. For your own situation, talk with me directly, and with an attorney or tax professional when you need one.
  • Reading this site or contacting me does not make me your agent. That starts when we both sign a written agreement.
  • Nothing on this site is an offer to lend or a promise that you'll qualify for a loan. Every loan is subject to underwriting approval.

Listing and market information

Details about homes and markets on this site, such as prices, square footage, HOA dues, and market trends, come from sources like the MLS, listing agents, and public records. I work to keep them accurate, but they can change or contain errors, and they are not guaranteed.

Any market figure is accurate as of the date it was written. Before you rely on a detail to make a decision, check it with me and through your own inspections and reviews.

Using this site

The writing, photos, and design on this site belong to me or are used with permission. Some listing photos belong to the photographer or the listing brokerage. You're welcome to read and share links to my pages. Please don't copy, republish, or automatically collect the content without my written permission.

This site links to other websites, such as Zillow and my booking page. I don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

How I handle the information you send me is explained in my privacy policy.

Fair Housing
