I'm Chaitali Cherian, and most people know me as CeCe. I'm a REALTOR® with eXp Realty and a licensed loan officer, and I help buyers and sellers across the Bay Area.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions of your life, and it's normal for it to feel like a lot. Most people were never shown how the money side works. So I start there. Before we look at a single house, I show you how the financing works, what you qualify for, and which programs might fit. Then you search with a real budget.

Because I hold both licenses, I can be your agent and your loan officer on the same purchase, so there's no gap between the two for your deal to fall into. When I act in both roles, I tell you in writing, and you're always free to use a different lender. Every loan is subject to underwriting approval.

Before real estate, I spent 20 years in software engineering, project management, and program management. I run every purchase and sale the same way: a clear plan, a timeline, and a backup plan for the parts that can go sideways. You always know the next step, and nobody rushes you.

That planning matters most when the timing is tight. I've closed a sale and a purchase for the same client within 24 hours, and kept it together when the deal almost fell apart a week before closing.
